This method (MILLER and ROLLNICK, 1991) allows for guiding the session, focusing on what constitutes an obstacle in life, and implementing the necessary means to overcome it.

This interview respects the freedom of choice and autonomy of the person consulting. It is structured in a way that can resolve questions related to motivation when they hinder behaviour change.

Reiki Usui

Usui Reiki is an energy healing method that relies on the principle of universal life energy to restore balance in all aspects of the human being. This therapy system was developed by Dr. Mikao Usui in Japan and later popularized in the West by Dr. Hawayo Takata in the early 20th century.

The practice of Usui Reiki involves placing hands on the chakras, or energy centers, of the person being treated. This method allows the practitioner to channel universal life energy to balance and harmonize the body's and mind's energies.

Desarzens Method

This is an energy therapy developed by Mr. Claude Desarzens*, a naturopath and energy therapist in Switzerland. Although Mr. Desarzens has passed away, his legacy continues through this unique method that combines traditional medicine with advanced energy practices.

This method is based on a dynamic collaboration between the practitioner and invisible therapists who specialize in operations on energetic planes. They intervene to perform subtle energy cleansings and adjustments, contributing to a deep and integrated healing process.

A key aspect of the method is the active involvement of the client during the session. They are encouraged to be attentive and describe what they feel, see, hear, or perceive during the treatment. This allows the treatment to be adjusted in real time and maximizes the therapeutic effects.
